They imagined EssenceCiel as a refuge — for themselves, for those passing through. After fully renovating the house, they welcome each guest at their table without ceremony, with care.
A countryside house taken over and fully renovated. Two years of work to open a guesthouse that's calm and grounded — not a hotel.
Five rooms with private bathrooms (three of 17 m², two of 23 m²). Breakfast served at a shared table: braided bread, homemade bread and yoghurt, regional cheese and ham.
Emmanuel and two cats welcome you. The wifi is weak — we are at the end of the Swisscom line — but the 180° view of the fields and the Chasseron mountain more than makes up for it.
